Info:   The Access Through Technology Team is a small specialist team within Norfolk County Council's Children's Services. We are specialist teachers who work across the county, providing assessment, equipment, advice, support and training for children, schools and parents/carers of children who benefit from using communication technology to communicate and to learn. We also advise on appropriate software to enhance children's learning and communication and are able to demonstrate a wide range of this software.

Info:   We provide Speech and Language Therapy/Communication support and advice to clients and providers of adults with Learning Disabilities throughout Cambridgeshire. As well as our Total Communication training days, we run several clinics a year on Access to Information (ATIC) where we advise on weekly timetables, communication boards and general /specific visual support and its uses for clients and carers.

Info:   We are a county wide provider of education with a dedicated team in Additional Learning Support who provide quality accredited learning programmes 1000 learners with learning difficulties and disabilities. We link closely with our partner organisations in health, social services and the voluntary sector and are the main training provider for Norfolk County Council under the Skills Pledge.

Info:   The Outreach Department consists of a team of experienced teachers, with mainstream experience, who are an integral part of the school. We support pupils with significant difficulties who are in mainstream schools, as well as supporting the staff who work with them, helping staff to become more inclusive. We take a holistic approach to our work and can offer SEN - related INSET training and support to schools. We also have a Resources Bank which staff from local schools are welcome to use.

Info:   CandLE is a UK wide organisation which offers assessments, training and advice in AAC particularly around it's use in the curriculum and increasingly in adult services.

We can provide multi disciplinary assessments and run a three day training course called "Communication and Learning for All" which was written in collaboration with Bolton University.

We work with children and adults and can support people who need help with Motor Planning Training (MPT).

- One-to-one   advocacy for people requiring a Communication Aid and living in Kent or Medway
- A loan resource library available to people living or working in Kent or Medway.
- Widgit symbol training is available to people throughout the UK at the Find A Voice office. There is a sliding scale of charges operating (reduced charges for parents and those working in Kent/Medway).'
