Writing with Symbols 2000
Problem
You cannot re-install Writing with Symbols after a computer failure or hard disk re-formatting
Solution
This means that the program was not un-installed correctly and a licence has been lost. Your licences are stored on your floppy disk. If you do not put them back on the disk when you remove the program you will not ba able to install WWS again.

If you have lost your licence from the floppy disk then please contact technical support - support@widgit.com t: 01926 333680 |

To avoid this problem in future, when you uninstall the program ensure that the floppy disk is in the drive. |

Double click on My computer, then double click on Floppy (A) |

You should find 'uninstall'. Double click to uninstall your software and retrieve your licence |
