Small buildings:
The generic item for building has been standardised, and has a floor.
Normal buildings will have a single item in it.

Large buildings:
There is a new graphic to indicate large buildings, thus allowing a
difference between similar buildings, e.g. clinic and hospital.
Rooms:
A standard room element is a square.
Small shops:
The standard shop is the building element plus the shop element in the
roof. The type of shop will be represented by the smallest number of
items possible, but certainly not more than 2.
Large shops:
Large shops are distinguished by the large building element plus two
or three shop elements. Again this will have the smallest number of
items, and not more than 3.
